In anticipation of the extraordinary general meeting scheduled for February 11, 2025, Ensurge Micropower ASA disclosed the voting rights held by key board members. As of the start of business on February 10, 2025, Board Chair Terje Rogne held a substantial 82,962,505 voting rights through proxies received. It's important to note that some proxies may contain specific voting instructions.

Additionally, board member Morten Opstad held a total of 39,605,071 voting rights, encompassing both shares held directly by Mr. Opstad and close relations, as well as proxies received for the upcoming meeting. Similar to Mr. Rogne's proxies, some of Mr. Opstad's may also include voting instructions.
